Dominnique Karetsos
Dominnique Karetsos is a serial entrepreneur, venture partner, and recognized pioneer in sexual health and technology. She coined the term during its earliest, undefined days and has since played a key role in shaping what is now a multibillion-dollar industry. Her work over the past decade has focused on building a thriving ecosystem grounded in innovation, investment, and education, transforming sexual wellness from a niche sector into a global movement centered on justice, empowerment, and inclusivity.
She began her journey as the founder and venture-backed CEO of Healthy Pleasure Group, launching groundbreaking products at the intersection of health and technology. In 2020, she co-founded Amboy Street Ventures, the first investment fund focused exclusively on sexual and women’s health tech, where she serves as General Partner for Fund I and Venture Partner for Fund II. Her leadership has grown the fund’s portfolio significantly while advancing societal change in how we approach sexual and reproductive health.
Dominnique is also a clinical sexologist and educator who champions agency and wellbeing through access to accurate, inclusive knowledge. She combines this expertise with advanced degrees in International Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, and Maritime Trade, giving her a uniquely strategic lens across sectors.
Her advocacy work includes serving as a UN Women Delegate for CSW65 through CSW68, where she contributed to high-level conversations on innovation, equity, and systemic transformation. She is the founder of Her 100, a foundation supporting survivors of sex trafficking in Southern Africa through housing, healthcare, and education. She also serves as Chief Impact Officer at the Blue Rose Foundation, where she continues to lead with vision and purpose.
Dominnique is a regular speaker at international summits and has been featured in major media outlets such as The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Telegraph, and Oprah Magazine. Ilenna Copley
With an entrepreneurial mindset, Ilenna has led and supported initiatives without precedent, helping organisations navigate emerging issues, build sustainable models, and translate ideas into viable action. Her work spans the intersection of business, government and public interest, with a particular focus on risk, governance and accountability within complex systems.
Beyond her commercial practice, Ilenna has convened and chaired high-level forums on sustainable investment, the circular economy, and advanced technologies. One such roundtable directly led to the establishment of six economically sustainable projects in Kenya, alleviating extreme poverty and benefiting more than 250,000 people, demonstrating the real-world impact of informed collaboration. She is known for identifying and mitigating risk early, and for delivering outcomes where regulatory, structural or institutional
barriers would otherwise prevent progress.
Ilenna also organised a major international forum on the economic empowerment of women in the lead-up to the B20/G20 in 2014, bringing together organisations working across education, maternal health, violence prevention, entrepreneurship, access to capital, and corporate opportunity pathways. The forum directly informed policy conversations at a global level, reinforcing the role of coordinated, intelligence-led action in driving structural change.
A committed advocate for literacy and learning as foundations for long-term opportunity, Ilenna is the author of several books, most recently a children’s book designed to help families understand long parental deployments.
Inspired by the leadership of Alana Stott MBE and the work of her colleagues, Ilenna is proud to apply her expertise in service of Blue Rose Foundation’s mission to prevent exploitation through intelligence, education, and systemic change.
